How To Create A Power Dial
1. Log in to app.connectionincorporated.com
2. In the navigation bar on the left-hand side go to Automations
3. At the top of the page select Campaigns
4. Select Create Campaign in the right-hand corner
5. Select Add Event and choose Manual Call. From there, Publish your campaign and you have successfully set up your Power Dial Campaign.
How To Launch The Power Dial
1. Log in to app.connectionincorporated.com
2. In the navigation bar on the left-hand side go to Conversations
3. At the top of the page select Manual Actions
4. Select the campaign and/or Assignee and click Let's Start to get started with your Power Dial Calls
