WE SET UP A CAMPAIGN TO LEAVE VOICEMAILS FOR OUR CLIENTS. INSTEAD OF GOING STRAIGHT TO THEIR VOICEMAIL, THE PHONE RANG A FEW TIMES FOR THEM TO ACTUALLY PICK UP THE PHONE. CAN YOU PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME WHY THIS IS HAPPENING?
