If you prefer to use Calendly inside your CRM instead of the built in Connect My Leads (CML) Calendar, this training document will walk you through the ways to set this up.

Keep in mind, you are not able to integrate Calendly and CML directly, but there are ways to make it work.

Campaigns:

If you are wanting to add your Calendly link to a campaign, there's  one step you will need to take to make that happen.  You will need to make your Calendly link into a Trigger Link so we can make sure when someone clicks that link, we can tell the software to automatically remove them from a campaign.

By default, if someone replies to a campaign they're automatically removed from that campaign.  If you have incorporated your Calendly link into your campaign, someone could click on the link to book an appointment with you but never responded.  We wouldn't want them to continue receiving the follow up from the campaign if this happens.

Now that you have added in your Calendly Trigger Link into your campaign, you will want to set up a Trigger so that when someone clicks on the link they are removed from the campaign.

Funnels:

If you are wanting to embed your Calendly Calendar to a funnel page, you will first need to get your code from your Calendly account.

Now that you have your Embed Code from Calendly, head over to your Funnels page inside the software.
