THE PURPOSE OF A SURVEY 

                       

The purpose of building out a survey is to bring qualified leads into your Connect My Leads CRM. 

                       

HOW TO BUILD A SURVEY 

                       

To create a new survey, click on the green "Create A Survey" link in the right hand corner of the screen. 

                    

                    
                        

To create a new survey, click on the green "Create A Survey" link in the right hand corner of the screen. Inside the Survey Builder, you'll notice the pre-existing Custom Fields under the tab "Fields > Standard." This is your name, email, phone number, address, etc. You can also put in HTML codes by using the HTML Field, or you can upload an image to the Survey by using the Image tab. 

                       

Click, drag, and drop the fields you want added to the survey. 

                       

If you want to build out your own personal questions, go to Fields > Custom Fields and scroll to the bottom to add those in. 

                    
                

 
                    
                        

Under the "Styles" tab is where you can get creative on your background color, image, font style, and add in any Custom CSS to change the survey look. 

                       

You'll notice you can toggle off the Agency Branding if you wish for that to go away. 

                       

Under "Options" is where you can name your Survey and choose what you want to happen after someone selects "submit" when filling out the survey. You have the option to have a message or send them to a URL. 

                       

You can add in your Facebook Pixel ID here. 

                       

Survey Field Settings allows you to toggle on or off if you want only one question to show up at a time. 

                       

Stick Contact will autofill a contacts information who has previously filled out a form or survey so they don't have to fill it out again. 

                       

Your survey saves automatically. Each update you make the software will save it. When you're finished, you can add your Survey to a Funnel Page or you can click on "Integrate Survey" at the bottom to grab you link. 

                    
              
                        

WHERE DO SURVEY ANSWERS SHOW UP? 

                       

There are a couple ways were you can find your survey questions and answers inside the CRM. 

                       

The first way is by going to Contacts > Contacts/ Smart Lists > Search for the contact that just filled out the survey > Additional Info. 

                       

The second way is by going to Campaigns > Survey Builder > Submissions. 

                    

    
                    
                        

HOW TO I GET NOTIFIED WHEN A NEW SURVEY IS FILLED OUT? 

                       

Great question! You can set up a Trigger inside the CRM and actually pull the custom fields question and answers to your sent an email and/or text message when someone fills out a survey.
