Actions

By default, you will landing on the Actions tab once inside the Workflow Builder.  This is where you will build your flow.

You will start off by Adding a Workflow Trigger.  This is the when this happens part of the "When this happens ... then do this."

You can add multiple Workflow Triggers in this part.

This is all about building a chain of events that you want to happen.

Settings

In the settings tab, you have a few options, so it's important to understand what they are.

Sending Window > This means the outgoing messages from your workflow can only go out during this window.  This is a great way to prevent someone getting a text message in the middle of the night.  You can build your window by day of the week and the time of the day.

Allow Multiple > If this is toggled on, then any single contact can go through the workflow more than once.  If this is toggled off, then the contact can only go through it once; even if a Trigger tries to add it back in.

Stop On Response > If this is toggled on and a contact in this workflow replies or books an appointment, they're removed from the workflow.

Auto Mark as Read > Normally, outbound messages from a Workflow will show up in the recents tab in your Conversations.  If you don't want this to happen, you want them to go straight to the All tab then toggle this on.

Event Start Date > This option is great if you're running a webinar, or any one time event on a specific date.

History

The History tab shows the complete history of every event that has fired in this workflow.  If you want to get more details about any of the specifics, click More Details.

Status

The Status tab shows you an overview of everyone who has been in this workflow and where they are at.  You can see when they were added to the workflow, what step in the workflow they are in, the status (whether they finished or are not), the next execution time, and the execution log).

If you click on the Execution Log, it will take you to an overview of that contact since they have been added to the workflow.  This will show you top to bottom everything that has happened since they've been added in.
