1. Find your Auth Token and Account SID and send those over to support@connectionincorporated.com.. Let the support team know you are wanting to add in your personal Twilio Account to your Connect My Leads CRM.

2. Log in to console.twilio.com

3. In the navigation bar on the left-hand side, select Develop > Phone Numbers > Manage > Active Numbers

4. Select the Twilio number you wish to pull into Connect My Leads

5. Scroll down to Voice & Fax and where it says A CALL COMES IN > WEBHOOK put in this URL > https://msgsndr.com/twilio/incoming_call


6. Scroll down to Messaging and where it says MESSAGE COMES IN > WEBHOOK put in this URL > https://msgsndr.com/twilio/incoming_message
