This step isn't necessary, as all calls from the Connect My Leads CRM as forwarded to your phone number and the caller will hear your voicemail you have set on there.


If you wish to override that voicemail, you can create your own personal voicemail inside the software so if you don't pick up the phone, instead of playing your personal voicemail, it will play the voicemail you have created inside Connect My Leads.

  3. Team Management
  4. Edit your profile
  5. Select Call & Voicemail Settings
  6. Upload your Voicemail (mp3 file)


If you need to record your voicemail, click on the MP3 Recording option in the navigation bar on the left hand side of the software.
