Voicemail > sends an automated ringless voicemail
Wait > enables you to hold a contact at the specific wait time. For example, if you wanted to wait 5 minutes before sending out the next sequence, you could add in the wait option between sequences.
Manual SMS > allows for text messages to be queued so when you login to the software, you can start sending a text message (manually) to all the contacts that have been queued
Manual Call > allows for calls to be queued so when you login to the software, you can start calling (manually) through all the contacts that have been queued (aka - power dialing)
