A great way to stay organized with your contacts inside the software is by applying tags to them.  For example, when you're uploading a list of your past clients into the CRM... you may want to apply a past client database tag to these contacts so you're able to pull these specific contacts in your CRM.



How To Add a Tag


  1. app.connectionincorporated.com
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Head over to Tags



  4. Select Create New Tag


  5. Type in your tag name
  6. Save!



How To Modify an Existing Tag


  1. app.connectionincorporated.com
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Head over to Tags


  4. Select the pencil/ edit icon
  5. Modify your existing tag name


  6. Save!



How To Delete a Tag


  1. app.connectionincorporated.com
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Head over to Tags


  4. Select the trash/ delete icon


  5. Select OK.
