A great way to stay organized with your contacts inside the software is by applying tags to them. For example, when you're uploading a list of your past clients into the CRM... you may want to apply a past client database tag to these contacts so you're able to pull these specific contacts in your CRM.
How To Add a Tag
- app.connectionincorporated.com
- Go to Settings
- Head over to Tags
- Select Create New Tag
- Type in your tag name
- Save!
How To Modify an Existing Tag
- app.connectionincorporated.com
- Go to Settings
- Head over to Tags
- Select the pencil/ edit icon
- Modify your existing tag name
- Save!
How To Delete a Tag
- app.connectionincorporated.com
- Go to Settings
- Head over to Tags
- Select the trash/ delete icon
- Select OK.
