How to set up a Happy Birthday Campaign and Trigger to automatically send people a Happy Birthday message!
1. Login to app.connectionincorporated.com
2. Go to Marketing > Campaigns > Create Campaign
3. Name your Birthday Campaign
4. Save
5. Create your Birthday SMS and/or Email
6. Save
7. Publish Campaign
8. In the navigation bar, head over to Triggers
9. Add Trigger
10. Name Trigger
11. Save
12. Under Action 1 "What should trigger this rule" select Birthday Reminder
13. Under Action 2 "What actions should we perform? select Add To Campaign and select your Happy Birthday Campaign
14. Move your Trigger from Draft to Active
15. Save
