1. Log in to app.connectionincorporated.com

2. In the navigation bar on the left-hand side, select Marketing > Text & Email Templates




3. Select the green Add Template button in the right-hand corner

4. Select whether you want to create a Text Template or an Email Template



5. Create your SMS Template

6. Click Save


Note that you have the option to test out your text template at the bottom of the screen



7. Create your Email Template

8. Click Save


Note that you have the option to test out your email template at the bottom of the screen



9. The screenshot below shows you an example of what your Templates will look like after they're saved.  At any time, you are able to edit these templates or delete them.



You have a couple of ways to send out your Email and/or Text Templates.  This next step will walk you through the ways you are able to send them.


10. In the navigation bar on the left-hand side, select Conversations

11. Select the contact you wish to send your Template to

12. At the bottom of the page, select the Template icon




13. Select your Template > Use Template



14. This will automatically pull your template into the text box below



15. Another way to send your Template is by going into the Contacts tab in your CRM

16. Once the contact is opened, look for the Template icon at the bottom of the page



17. Select your Template

18. Use Template




19. This will automatically pull in your template into the text box
