1. Log in to app.connectionincorporated.com
2. In the navigation bar on the left-hand side, select Settings > Tags
3. Create a unique tag for these contacts in which you want to re-assign the user for (ex: the name of the user you're re-assigning them to)
4. In the navigation bar on the left-hand side, select Triggers
5. Create a new Trigger
6. Under 1. What should trigger this rule? select Contact Tag > Tag Added > select your tag
7. Under 2. What actions should we perform? select Assign To User > Select the User
8. Save
9. In the navigation bar on the left-hand side, select Contacts > Contacts / Smart Lists
10. Select the contacts in which you want to update the assigned user to
11. Select Add Tag at the top of the screen
12. Assign the tag
13. Add
14. To confirm the user has been updated, open up a contact record and search for the name at the top of the screen as shown in the screenshot below
